Security and risk management underpins everything our security division does – allowing us to move seamlessly with the fast paced nature of today’s environment.
It is a constant and thorough review process that keeps us one step ahead of ever changing methods – including the ongoing threat of terrorist attack – to deliver the most comprehensive security solutions packages anywhere in the UK.
Through regular site inspections, providing continuous development and improvement of our key processes, we ensure all aspects of our security solutions are adequate and fit for purpose.
In every case, one of our Regional Managers will take full responsibility for the management of your contract. Providing you with a single point of contact, they will liaise regularly and directly with you. With a clear and honest approach, this ensures the highest levels of personnel performance and quality are maintained at all times.
The majority of our contracts begin at the pre-tender stage with a full initial risk assessment. This allows us to gain a full understanding of the project location and your needs as our client. |

With this information, we will formulate a security implementation programme, which can include security staffing, access control systems and physical security.
Under the Project Griffin initiative, this also involves liaising with neighbouring buildings, facilities or attractions, which may themselves be potential terror targets. In areas of significant terrorist threat, we will work closely with all parties to ensure that our security measures dovetail seamlessly with their existing provisions – laying out clear emergency evacuation plans.
Our 24 hour control room acts as a nerve centre for our operations, giving you round the clock communication at all times. More importantly, it means our highly skilled security experts can respond to emergencies immediately. Delivering a direct plan of action, they will also log critical information and keep you informed every step of the way.
