RBS Gogarburn is the new state-of-the-art world headquarters of Royal Bank of Scotland on the outskirts of Edinburgh. The building is a thriving business community with offices, restaurants, shops, leisure facilities, nursery and training / conference facilities.
Elliott Thomas was awarded a specialist construction and fit-out contract for a series of bespoke toilet pods at the new development. 40 toilet pods were constructed and included the installation of walls, floors, ceilings, mechanical and electrical, toilet cubicles and urinals and sanitary equipment.
Elliott Thomas won the contract for the fit-out as a result of the experience in delivering time crucial projects. This particular aspect of the overall project was to be delivered within a shortened time frame with the company brought in to utilise the skills and expertise to deliver the facilities to the 3,500 RBS employees moving into their new offices. |
