RBS Gogarburn is the site of the new world class headquarters of Royal Bank of Scotland, Scotland’s largest company and the fifth biggest bank worldwide. This new building is a business community with offices, restaurant, shops, leisure facilities, nursery and training/conference centre.
Elliott Thomas was employed to provide a full logistics solution to main contractors Mace that included the following service provisions:
- Site security and access control points
- Fire safety and fire marshals
- Welfare provision
- Coordination of materials to site via Deliver E-Manager
- Transportation and materials handling
- Pedestrian and vehicular traffic management
- Waste management
- Multi service teams
- Ancillary items
It is testament to the company’s role on this project that RBS Gogarburn received the coveted Sword of Honour from the British Safety Council. |
