Located in the heart of Chelsea, 21 Manresa Road is a former King’s College building. Over 100 metres long, the Victorian building has been converted into an exclusive development of sixteen luxurious apartments and one villa.
Elliott Thomas provided a multi-service package including full logistics throughout the project.
Logistics services included:
- Materials Handling – Materials delivery scheduling and site distribution via hoist and fork lift operators
- Waste Management – Provision of skips and roll-on /roll-offs, mobile compactors and operatives for full site waste management, segregation and recycling
- Traffic Management – Full management of vehicular and pedestrian traffic to and from site, including liaison with external third parties such as the local authority
In addition, Elliott Thomas provided site welfare, fire marshalling, first aid, site inductions, safety
scaffolding management plus additional skilled site operatives including carpenters. |
