In the heart of Oxford City Centre this project was a mixed use development. Occupying a 5 acre site the £24.5 million project involved the conversion of the former castle and prison into a hotel, restaurant, shopping and heritage complex with market stall and new residential buildings.

Elliott Thomas provided specialist logistics services from concept through to completion.

The site, which has a Scheduled Monument with Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, was opened by H.M Queen Elizabeth. The project is widely acclaimed and has been the recipient of many awards.
