The project consisted of stripping out, demolition and structural alterations of existing offices. Following the initial remodelling period, new partitions, finishes and M&E services were installed to provide high specification laboratory facilities and office accommodation.

One of the greatest challenges we faced was carrying out major building work in a live university
building whilst maintaining a suitable environment to allow every day scientific life to continue
normally.

With such an aggressive programme it was essential that the building users became an integral part of the team. Our efforts were rewarded when the project completed on the agreed date with a delighted client.
