A security contract worth £100k to implement manned guarding at global law firm Mayer Brown’s new City Head Quarters has been awarded to Elliott Thomas.
As well as manned guarding, Elliott Thomas’s service will include the provision of first aid and fire management at 201 Bishopsgate, in London.
The contract is expected to last 35 weeks whilst the building is fitted out by ISG. Located at a prominent City Gateway location, 201 Bishopsgate represents the largest speculative office development ever undertaken in the City of London.
A 13 storey horizontal structure adjoining Broadgate Tower, the new development overlooks an open public plaza. Designed by world renowned architects Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the buildings provide a total of 822,000 sq ft.
Elliott Thomas began its work on site in April and is due to finish in December.
