Ensuring work on the final phase of a dramatic new Thameside housing development in London continues on schedule, Elliott Thomas is providing vital logistics services on site.
Under a more than £740,000 contract with St James Homes, the UK’s fastest growing specialist contractor is already offering invaluable support to the expansion of Grosvenor Waterside, just north of Chelsea Bridge.
This is the third phase of the major scheme and Elliott Thomas has been involved in every step of the project, a testament to how the company is emerging as a leader in the supply of logistics services to the construction industry.
The first phase at the contemporary development at the historic dock, comprising of luxury studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, is already sold out and the remaining phases are set to be just as successful.
The picturesque site is only half a mile from the Kings Road and close to two tube stations and mainline rail services. It will offer stylish, glass fronted buildings with sleek faces, elegant curves and modern finishes, not to mention a 24-hour concierge and leisure facilities.
For nearly 140 weeks, Elliott Thomas will be providing waste management and welfare support to guarantee the smooth running of the site. This will include collecting and moving rubbish ready for compacting, along with providing waste segregation reports for the client, and the cleaning of all worker facilities.
Elliott Thomas will also be handling traffic management at the site. Using the company’s innovative Deliver E-Manager software, all deliveries will be co-ordinated for the project - while safe access routes will be maintained at all times for pedestrians and vehicles.
