Specialist contractor Elliott Thomas has been awarded a £3 million contract by leading urban property developer Ballymore Properties Limited to provide logistics and security services at the site of its latest exclusive new development 1 Millhabour, Isle of Dogs, London.
Elliott Thomas will be providing a complete logistics package for the client that encompasses the full range of services offered by the company from traffic management and material management to waste management and welfare management.
Deliveries to the site are being managed and coordinated using the company’s own in-house software programme called Deliver E-Manager.
The company are also providing first aiders, fire marshals and manned security operatives, 24 hours a day 365 days a year throughout the entire site in addition to access control systems, that have been designed and implement specifically to the clients requirements as part of the holistic logistics and security solution.
This new contract is one of a number of high profile and prestigious contract currently being won by Elliott Thomas and is as a direct result of their unique approach in providing essential core services to the construction industry.
