Specialist contractor Elliott Thomas has been awarded a £120,000 contract by St James Homes to provide waste management services on its new One SE8 development in Deptford, London.
The company will be responsible for the site waste collection, management and disposal services plus waste segregation for recycling purposes. They will be providing skips & roll on/offs, wheelie bins, compactor services and waste clearance labour.
This new contract win follows Elliott Thomas’s successful involvement in a number of schemes by St James Homes and it is their unique approach to logistics which again sees them appointed to a prestigious project.
The new One SE8 is a stunning development of contemporary residential apartments situated close to Canary Wharf and designed specifically to suit the demands of modern day living and working.
