St James Homes has awarded specialist contractor Elliott Thomas a £360,000 waste management contract for the second phase of its prestigious New River Village development in Hornsey, North London.
The company will be providing internal building waste removal services from commencement of the project through to final handover. This will involve the collection and removal of all site waste to a recycling depot where it will be segregated to help reduce landfill.
The win follows Elliott Thomas’s successful involvement in Phase I of the project which saw them provide waste removal during fit out stage to hand over, permit to access security for key holding and site office welfare.
