Construction completes at Breakspear Park

Elliott Thomas Construction have completed the Grade A refurbishmemt of Breakspear Park, Hemel Hempstead. This was a fast track project refurbishing three office suites to provide 27,000 sq ft of open plan offices. Upgraded air handling plant was installed to enhance intake required by the incoming tenant. Client’s key objectives were met, namely minimal noise break out by working with our supply chain to come up with sustainable alternatives including some out of hours operations. The project has just completed... on budget and on time.
