RAINSFORD mainly works as a subcontractor of high quality carpentry and joinery. Contracts undertaken include both new build and refurbishment of residential and commercial properties.
Most contracts have been on a fixings and labour only basis, although, increasingly we are undertaking work on a complete supply and fit basis. We also fulfill fit-out contracts for Sales Centres, Commercial Units and within the Public Sector. Values of contracts we have undertaken range from £10,000 up to £5 million.
The company started in March 1997 and is based in Oxted. Contracts are generally focused on the South of England, from Dorset in the west across to Kent and north to Oxfordshire.
