Elliott Thomas currently employs over 350 employees. We believe our staff are our future and as a consequence, every new member of staff that joins the company is given full training and support to perform their function within the company. We are also currently in the process of working towards Investor in People (IIP) accreditation.

All our site operatives are fully trained to CSCS standards and go through our own in-house training programme designed to meet the demands of modern day construction sites and disciplines.

Elliott Thomas are members of BC&E and support UCATT encouraging all employees to join both schemes.

Our security division employs team members with the highest levels of integrity. To maintain these standards, all our security teams are screened to BS7858 and BS7499 standards and every operative is also trained for security guarding through the National Open College Network (NOCN) and Skills for Security (formally SITO).
